A comfortable ship that offers you 3, 4 and 5 days navigating through the Amazon.
Information about the ship:The cruise ship "Spirit of the Amazon" preserves the traditional style of the ships from the Amazon. It was exclusively designed to cruise on the Amazon River and its tributaries. Its regional style makes it most comfortable, all the cabins have en suite bathrooms and a fan for the evening. The social life is divided between the deck, the bar, the diving room, the library and a fanstastic panoramic view.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large supply of mineral water.
Its specially designed bow allows visitation to places that are inaccessible for other ships. The motorized canoes that we carry are useful to go for a rides into the lagoons and flooded jungle.
The ship has a VHF Radio with ocean band communication and satellite maps.

Accommodation:
5 double cabins with private room and fan. An upper deck with a
360º panoramic view and an outdoor dining room.
Ship Crew:
1 captain, 2 sailors, 1 cook and 1 guide.
Food:
Food ingredients are loaded in Iquitos and sometimes bought on the
way. They are properly frozen and refrigerated. Regional food is
served on board. Water and coffee are always available.
| 3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS PROGRAMME AMAZON RIVER ROUTE |
Day 1:
Departure from the hotel at 9.30h. Introduction to the crew. Explanation
of the routes and facilities. A welcome drink. Visit Belen area.
A canoe ride to see life around floating house. Go up the Amazon
River as far as a community called Grau. Lunch and dinner there.
Day 2:
A canoe ride at dawn to observe birds. Visit to Grau Village, where
we can see the birth of the Amazon River from a tourist observatory.
Fishing for Piranhas among other fish. Lunch. Evening canoe ride
to observe night animals, sometimes a few birds. Navigation to the
town of Nauta. Breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner.
Day 3:
Visit the town of Nauta. At the appointed time, transport to the
Allaphuayo Mishana Reserve, located on the road from Iquitos to
Nauta. Arrival at Iquitos and transport to the hotel or airport.
Breakfast, packed lunch.
